  • DEADLINE SALE - similar to an Auction in the sense that a high profile, no price approach within a definite time frame. Written offers are offered on a set date and the vendor can decide to accept, reject or negotiate.

  • NO PRICE - this method invites buyers to negotiate with you upwards of your market expectation.  

  • PRICED - the property is marketed at a price that is acceptable to the seller.
